*Giveaways are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States with United States shipping addresses only. Entrants must be 18 years old as of January 10, 2012. Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, and members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, husband, wife, children, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Winning a prize is contingent on meeting all above requirements.

Browses will no longer be accepted since they change the rules of the giveaways and turn them into contests, which govern much different rules than "Giveaways". You only have to provide your name & email address to enter. Upon winning you will be asked for a mailing address. Entry is limited to each giveaway as they have different entry tasks. PRIZES
Prize differs on this site per giveaway. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release the Sponsor and Administrator (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. All prize details will be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions may be made. Prize will only be awarded to the verified winner(s).
DRAWING
Sponsor will select the winning entrant(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entrants received during the promotional period. Each giveaway will have different start and end dates, which will be listed clearly within each giveaways post and information.
The winning entrants will be contacted by email shortly thereafter. Winner will have 48 hours to respond to winning email or another winner will be chosen at random.
Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prize consists of only those items specifically described as included in the prize. Any fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winning entrant. If prize value is over 600$ winner will have to provide SSN to be taxed for said prize.

DISPUTES
