Supreme Protein ~ Review and Giveaway (CLOSED)

I have to admit, I do not usually buy protein bars. When I think about a protein bar, I usually think about something that tastes similar to cardboard. I know that sounds bad, but hey, I'm being honest here. However, I was lucky enough to get to do a review for Supreme Protein bars. This has changed my way of thinking.

There are so many different flavors to choose from!!! You can see a list on the website!
I got to try 3 different bars. The peanut butter and jelly, the peanut butter pretzel twist, and the caramel nut chocolate. I have fallen in love with the caramel nut chocolate!! It is really the best protein bar I have ever had. My second favorite is the peanut butter pretzel twist. I have not tried the peanut butter and jelly ones yet, because those are the ones my husband likes best and he stole all of them!!! These really are great! I was told I was in for a treat and that was SO TRUE!!!

My husband was (and always is) my taste tester.

He was a little skeptical.

Until........













He took the first bite!!!!







Here he is again making his "HEY! WOW! THAT IS ACTUALLY REALLY GOOD!" face!

I think he likes them!!!

These bars are available at CVS, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, GNC, and thousands of other retail locations. You really can find them anywhere. Next time I am looking for a quick snack, I am heading straight for one of these. I honestly would rather have one of these bars than, say, a candy bar. They are sweet, but not too sweet. Crunchy and chewy all at the same time!

30 Day Challenge ~ Day 3

Day 3 ~ A picture of the cast from your favorite show.

My best friend Casey got me hooked on this show last year. I watched every single episode of all the seasons  up to season 7 in just a couple of weeks. I am so sad that it is ending. Casey and I have started a ritual for Sunday nights for this last season. We meet, every Sunday at her house, have a glass of Muscato, and watch Desperate Housewives. I will miss it so much!

I chose a Pea Pod necklace, one of the mommy necklaces, with 1 pea (my daughter begged me to get a pink pea, so cute!), and a personalized disk with her name hand stamped on it!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! As soon as we opened it she begged me to let her put it on!!

So I have some super cute pictures of her wearing it. She refuses to take it off.

The packaging was super cute too!

It came in a cute little tin. I think I will re-use it to put her little earrings in.

The actual necklace was in a cute little bag inside the tin.

Necklaces are not the only things they have. The also have earrings, rings, bracelets and anklets.

Five Finger Tees Review

Fivefingertees.com is an awesome website if you love t-shirts as much as I do!!! I live in t-shirts, I have a pretty extensive collection. Sometimes I wish I could dress up and look super cute like my friends do, but, that is just not me. So this review was definitely my kind of thing!!!!

Fivefingertees.com sent me the gray Darth Vader shirt that has "World's Greatest Dad" written on it. It was perfect!!! He is such a Star Wars fan.

He is thrilled with his new shirt (even though he doesn't look very happy). It is very well made, and the sizing was perfect!! They have lots of other shirts too!! Not just Star Wars LOL!

They also have hoodies which my husband and I both love!!! I may be purchasing one for him for Christmas!!

They have offensive shirts as well. Which I must say some of them I found hilarious!!!

One thing that is pretty awesome is that they offer mystery tees which are overstocked t-shirts and basically you get a random t-shirt at a discounted price! You can get one shirt for $4.99 which is so cheap, or 5 shirts for $19.99!!! You really can't beat that considering all the shirts are great!!!

My cousin Lindsay. I would say I have been close with her since she was born, so 25 years. She is more than a cousin to me. She is one of my best friends, and she is really like a sister to me. She was my Maid of Honor in my wedding. I love her and I don't know what I would ever do without her.

Moving is Hard

Moving has been a big strain on our wallets but there’s no way we’re going to let it get us down. We had to come here for the new job and even though it pays more than my old job the cost of living here is higher so it’s sort of a wash. Not only that but my wife had to give up her old job to come out here with me so it will be until at least the next school year when she can get working full time again. We’ve been finding other ways to save money like using coupons at the grocery store and going to directstarTv.com for the TV and my wife’s been really great about cooking so we have leftovers and even selling some of the stuff we don’t have room for at the new house on Ebay! I love her tenacious attitudeand how she’s so great about getting things organized and I know that we’ll be back ahead in no time between the new job and hers.

I'm SO EXCITED!!!! And I just can't hide it!!!

OMG! I am freaking out right now because I am figuring out so much stuff!!! I thought that I was awesome before because I made my button, but OH NO! I was looking and looking for some social networking icons to put on here that I liked. I found tons, but for some reason they didn't work for me. So......I figured out how to make my own!!! I know they are not the most beautiful things in the world right now. BUT I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF!!!!!! And the best part is THEY WORK!!!! YAY FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Her name is Brynna....She likes to DANCE!!!

My silly little girl LOVES the Freshbeat Band. It is a group that comes on Nick, Jr. and they also have little music videos that come on in between shows. She loves it!! She will dance like crazy every time they come on TV. I finally got her on video tonight!!!! You can't hear the music very well, but you can see her dancing like crazy!!!!

Brynna's New Trick

Ok, I have to brag for a minute. My daughter is 4 years old, and she has been doing gymnastics since she was 3 1/2, so about 6 months or so. I am trying to track her progress as she moves up. Also all of our family lives HOURS away, so I like to let them see what she is doing.

 She is on an invitation only team that is Level 1. They are learning the basic skills they need for competition. Handstands, cartwheels, somersaults, things like that. They are also learning bars, balance beam, ect.

Last week her teacher told me that she is now doing something called back hip circles. Naturally I wanted to see!! I also wasn't too sure what that was LOL! So being the proud Mommy that I am, I had to get my husband to video tape it for me!! Here is a video of Brynna on bars doing back hip circles and casting. She loves the bars!!!

This video was taken when class had ended so she was pretty tired. When she did them at the beginning of class she did 4 in a row!!!! Thanks for watching and hope you enjoy!!!
